Shipping Policy
Free USA shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. No minimum, no code needed.
Timelines
- Processing: orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).
- Delivery: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch for most US addresses. Remote areas, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories, can take a few days longer.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the order is dispatched. If the tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Address changes
Need to fix an address? Email contact@nervaneck.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can update the address any time before dispatch. After dispatch we will do our best with the carrier, but changes are not guaranteed.
Lost or undelivered packages
If a package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please allow 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), check with household members and neighbors, then contact us. For packages confirmed lost in transit, we send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
