These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the nervaneck.com website (the "Site") and the purchase of products from NERVA ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
NERVA HE-M010 is a general wellness device intended for relaxation and everyday wind-down routines. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Always read the supplied user manual before use and follow its instructions, including the guidance on who should not use the device. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or have epilepsy or a diagnosed heart condition, do not use NERVA without speaking to a healthcare professional first.
2. Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors; in that case you are refunded in full. Payment is processed at checkout through secure third-party payment providers. We never store your full card details.
3. Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which includes our 30-day money-back guarantee and the 12-month limited warranty.
4. Proper use
You agree to use the product only as described in the user manual. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from use contrary to the manual, disassembly or modification of the device, or use by persons for whom the manual indicates the device is not suitable.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, video, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Reviews and submitted content
By submitting a review, photo or video to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with the Site and our marketing, with your name or first name and last initial. You can ask us to remove your content at any time by emailing us.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
